Our extensive powdercoating facilities allow high throughput while retaining flexibility. From one-offs to full production runs, we can accommodate a wide variety of shapes, sizes and materials. Powder coating gives a durable, attractive finish which is effective in a wide range of domestic and industrial situations.
In addition to our powder-coating plant, we have a separate, self-contained wet spray facility. Again, pre-treatment is applied to all components prior to coating.
Off-site finishing processes include zinc plating and passivation, wet-spray of oversize items and chemical etching and blacking. Contact us for details.
All finished components are tested to customer specifications to establish the integrity of the finish and its suitability for the ultimate working environment.
